She recently joined our administration department and will be a key link in customer contact and administrative matters.
She will be able to handle the following for you:
- Building permits
- IBI discount
- Energy certificates
- Subsidy applications
- System registration
- Advice on your electricity bill
- Activating Solar Cloud and fixed feed-in tariff (Iberdrola)
Tessa will be the point of contact from the moment the customer signs the quote until the system is registered.
She will also be available to our current customers for questions and/or to handle any ongoing issues
