EU-subsidie update!
Op 11 januari 2022 is de aanvraagperiode voor EU-subsidie geopend en deze eindigde op 31 december 2023. We hebben in deze periode veel aanvragen mogen indienen voor onze klanten, waarvan sommigen reeds een positief bericht hebben ontvangen en al zijn uitbetaald, maar anderen nog steeds wachten op een (eerste) update.
Omdat de aanvangsperiode een jaar geleden is afgelopen en we ontzettend veel e-mails en telefoontjes van klanten ontvangen, willen we graag een algemene update geven.
Vanwege het gebrek aan voortgang bij het vrijgeven van de fondsen, die zijn ontvangen vanuit de EU, door de Spaanse overheid duurt het helaas allemaal langer dan dat er voorheen gecommuniceerd werd. Volgens de “Intervención General el Estado” (zij organiseren de uitvoering van de begroting van de staat – Rekenkamer van de staat) is slechts 10,3% van de begrote fondsen erkend voor betaling, terwijl het werkelijke uitvoeringspercentage slechts 3,5% is.
De andere problemen die zich voordoen, zijn buitensporige bureaucratie, gebrek aan personeel en storingen van IT-platforms.
Zowel de centrale overheid als de regionale overheden zijn verantwoordelijk voor het aanpakken van de problemen.
Door deze problemen duurt de aanvraagperiode veel langer dan verwacht en zijn er klanten die nog niets gehoord over hun aanvraag.
Helaas kunnen wij als SolarNRG deze problemen niet oplossen, noch dit proces versnellen. Wij kunnen alleen elke aanvraag van onze klanten volgen en ervoor zorgen dat we de klanten persoonlijk informeren als we nieuws hebben over hun aanvraag.
Maar tot dat moment moeten we extreem geduldig zijn.
We kunnen helaas geen emails m.b.t. statusupdates beantwoorden als we geen informatie hebben.
Of er nog een nieuwe subsidiepot beschikbaar komt? Daar zou wel spraken van zijn, maar we hebben hier nog geen officiële berichten over ontvangen. Mocht het officieel zijn, dan zullen wij dit bekend maken middels onze nieuwsbrief.

In september 2024 werd ons systeem van het merk “Growatt” geïnstalleerd en in gebruik genomen. Vanaf het specialistische advies van Maurice tot en met de installatie en daarna werden we op een zeer vriendelijke, geduldige en professionele manier begeleid. Het aanbod, dat qua prijs zeer eerlijk is, is ook in het Duits opgesteld. Het eigen installatieteam werkte snel en wist te overtuigen met doordachte verbeteringen. Wij zijn vooral gecharmeerd van de professionele aanpak van de elektricien Ron. Hij is de elektricien die u in huis wilt hebben. Wat in de praktijk is gebleken, geldt ook voor administratieafdeling van SolarNRG. Onze “goede fee” Claudia zorgde er onder meer voor dat we van onze elektriciteitsleverancier een perfect tarief kregen dat was afgestemd op onze behoeften en dat we de nodige officiële vergunningen kregen.

Mientras nos acercamos al final de un año fantástico, queremos tomarnos un momento para reflexionar sobre lo que hemos logrado en los últimos doce meses.
Este año hemos completado con éxito muchas instalaciones solares, desde Valencia hasta la región de Andalucía, lo que ha permitido que muchos hogares y empresas se beneficien de la energía gratuita del sol.

As we approach the end of a fantastic year, we want to take a moment to reflect on what we have achieved over the last twelve months.
This year we have successfully completed many solar installations across Spain, from Valencia to the Andalusia region, allowing many homes and businesses to benefit from the free energy of the sun.

Actualización de las subvenciones de la UE.
El período de solicitud de subvención de la UE se abrió el 11 de enero de 2022 y finalizó el 31 de diciembre de 2023. Hemos podido presentar muchas solicitudes para nuestros clientes durante este período, algunas de las cuales ya han recibido un mensaje positivo y ya han sido pagadas. pero otros todavía están esperando una (primera) actualización.
Debido a que este período terminó hace un año y recibimos muchos correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas de clientes, nos gustaría brindar una actualización general.
Debido a la falta de avances en la liberación de los fondos recibidos de la UE por parte del gobierno español, lamentablemente todo está tardando más de lo comunicado anteriormente. Según la “Intervención General el Estado” (que organiza la ejecución del presupuesto del Estado – Oficina de Auditoría del Estado) sólo se ha reconocido el pago del 10,3% de los fondos presupuestados, mientras que la tasa de ejecución real es sólo del 3,5%.
Los otros problemas que surgen son la burocracia excesiva, la falta de personal y las fallas de la plataforma de TI.
Tanto el gobierno central como los gobiernos regionales son responsables de abordar los problemas.
Debido a estos problemas, el plazo de solicitud está tardando mucho más de lo esperado y hay clientes que aún no han oído nada sobre su solicitud.
Desafortunadamente, en SolarNRG no podemos resolver estos problemas ni acelerar este proceso. Solo podemos monitorear cada solicitud de nuestros clientes y asegurarnos de informarles personalmente si tenemos noticias sobre su solicitud.
Pero hasta entonces, debemos ser extremadamente pacientes.
Lamentablemente, no podemos responder a correos electrónicos sobre actualizaciones de estado si no tenemos ninguna información.
¿Estará disponible un nuevo fondo de subsidios? Se habla de eso, pero aún no hemos recibido ningún mensaje oficial al respecto. Si es oficial, lo anunciaremos a través de nuestra newsletter.

14 Solar Panels, Finestrat, Alicante (Hybrid system)
Solar NRG
SolarNRG España tuvo el placer de ampliar un sistema de paneles solares existente en Finestrat, Alicante. El sistema ya contaba con 24 paneles, pero añadimos 14 paneles extra de 465 WP de la marca JASolar. Con esta ampliación, el sistema produce suficiente energía para satisfacer el consumo de nuestro cliente.
SolarNRG se encargó de los trámites para la legalización y registro del sistema solar. También hemos activado un Plan Solar para el cliente, para que cuando las baterías estén llenas, los kWh sobrantes que no se utilicen durante el día se vendan a su proveedor de energía.
6X 500 wp Solar Panels, Denia, Alicante (Hybrid system)
Solar NRG
SolarNRG instaló recientemente 6 paneles solares de la marca (Ja Solar), con un total de 3.000wp. Este sistema genera alrededor de 4.523 kWh al año. El inversor: Growatt MIN 3600TL-XH. Este sistema está preparado para almacenar energía durante el día y utilizarla durante la noche.
Building permit for Solar Panel Installations.
In Spain, a building permit (decl. resp. obra menor) is a requirement for any construction or installation that alters the structure or external appearance of a property. Solar panel installations often fall under this category, particularly if they are mounted on the roof or involve significant structural alterations.
Every townhall makes his own rules regarding the necessary permit. The fees for the townhall and the required documents can therefore be very different for each municipio, and the information isn’t always being made public.
We at SolarNRG understand these struggles and therefor our administration team will assist our client during the process of obtaining the necessary permit:
Prepare Documentation:
This often includes architectural plans, a technical report, and a description of the project. If applicable, environmental impact and safety assessments may also be needed. Our administration team will inform you about it and will coordinate with the engineer, so the correct documents are made and signed.
Submit Your Application:
With all documents in place, we will submit your application at the townhall. We will send you a copy of the proof of presentation.
Follow up and Approval:
The review process can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months or even years, depending on the complexity of your project and the processing of the townhall. We keep you informed.
For this type of building permit: Decl. Resp. Obra Menor, which is necessary for standard solar panels installations, you do not need to await the approval from the townhall before starting the work. From the moment that the application has been submitted we can install the solar panel system.
